We read, search and listen. We’re after words, flavours, rituals, stories and little absurdities that truly belong to a place.

We don’t start with landmarks. We start with people. We dig into local words, flavours, stories and things that never make the guidebook. Then we work out what to put together so locals say: “exactly”.
WE ASK THE LOCALS
The internet has its version. People have theirs. We check ideas with people who live there, used to live there or know why “flizy” means more than tiles.
WE JOIN THE DOTS
A pigeon meets a dragon. A mermaid lands in a jar. We look for one idea in local symbols, words and associations that tells the story without drawing a city skyline.
WE PUT IT TOGETHER
We build the composition, illustration and type. Combine things, move them, change colours, throw things out and sometimes start again. It all has to look like OJACIE in the end.
WE ASK: “WELL?”
We show it, listen and revise. If locals don’t get the joke, or it smells too much like a souvenir postcard, we go back to work.
WE PRINT
Once everything clicks, the poster goes onto paper. We print in Poland and get it ready for its next wall.
