How are OJACIE posters made?+
First, we look for the place. Not the postcard. We read, ask and research local words, stories, symbols and things that feel completely normal to the people who live there. Then the fun starts. We connect the dots. Draw. Sift. Cut. Combine. Change proportions. Refine shapes. Choose colours. Work on lettering, textures and details. Along the way, we use a range of modern digital tools, including tools supported by artificial intelligence. And then we keep refining. Sometimes one detail. Sometimes half the poster. Sometimes everything from the beginning. Finally, we show the design to others, check the local references, make the last corrections and prepare the artwork for print. Only then does the poster make it to the wall.
What paper is it?+
Semi matt poster paper, 230 g/m². Good colour reproduction, high opacity and a subtle sheen without excessive reflections. Suitable for framing or putting straight on the wall.
What are the sizes?+
30 × 40 cm, 50 × 70 cm and 70 × 100 cm.
Is the frame included?+
No. You get the poster. Frame, wall and apartment with big windows are up to you.
Will the colours look exactly like they do on screen?+
We do everything we can to make the print as close as possible to what you see on the site. Small colour differences are possible, though, because every screen displays them a little differently.
Where do you print?+
In Poland.
How do you pack it?+
In a tube or fitted box, depending on the size and order. So it stays a poster along the way.
How long will I wait?+
We usually move faster, but allow up to 4 business days to prepare your order. After dispatch, delivery in Poland usually takes up to 2 business days. International delivery times depend on the country. See the GLS table.
How can I pay?+
Active payment methods and delivery cost are shown in your bag before you pay.
Can I get an invoice?+
Yes. Select the invoice option at checkout and provide your billing details. Sales are exempt from VAT; the price stays the same. We will email the invoice. You can also email hej@ojacie.pl with your order number and invoice details.
Returns or a complaint?+
You have 14 days from receiving the poster to withdraw from the contract. Email hej@ojacie.pl, then return the poster within 14 days of notifying us. You pay the return postage when withdrawing. Did the poster arrive damaged, or is something wrong with the print? Email hej@ojacie.pl. We’ll look into it and help sort it out.
